We are the exclusive agent in Jackson Hole for the Associated Realty of the Americas (AREA) organization.  AREA, in concert with its associates, internationally markets unique real estate located in the American and Canadian West.  Properties are accepted into the program due to their unique economic, historical, design, or location characteristics.  AREA associates are carefully selected based upon both their personal and professional accomplishments and reputations.  

AREA has associates representing most major cities and resorts in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.  AREA is also affiliated with FIABCI, and international real estate federation founded in Paris in 1945.  There are over 60 chapters in the world representing thousands of real estate professionals and our affiliation gives us direct access to this network.

In 2008-2009 the management of AREA traveled over 100,000 miles procuring real estate affiliates and presenting to investors and other potential buyers.  The countries visited include Mexico, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Holland, Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Russia, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Spain and the Ukraine. 

In 2010, AREA will expand its reach into Latin America, China and other points of interest.  Marketing properties through our exclusive networks is the best ways to reach buyers internationally.
